Before working with Carly, I was always willing to take care of others but struggled with taking care of myself—whether it be my exercise, food habits, or mental health. After working together, I gained the courage and motivation to take care of “me” again. I gained confidence in cooking for myself, exercising consistently, and being alone with myself. Most importantly, Carly helped me to see that in order to feel better, I cannot change things in one go. I can use my current routines and slowly make positive changes one small step at a time.
